  • 2 large Eggs Substitute with flaxseed meal or applesauce for a vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust seasoning to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Pour a portion of the mixture into the skillet to form a flatbread.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a wrap, pizza crust, or snack.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze individually for up to three months. Reheat before serving. For a crispier flatbread, cook a little longer on each side.
