Ingredients
  

For the Pizza

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use a mixture of cheeses for more flavor.
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • to taste sour cream For serving.
  • to taste hot sauce For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is brown. Drain the fat. Add the taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet.

Assembly and Baking

  • Spread the refried beans on one of the tortillas. Layer it with the seasoned beef and pizza sauce.
  • Top the mixture with cheese, olives, and then place the second tortilla on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.

Finishing Touches

  • Remove from the oven, add diced tomatoes and green onions on top, and serve with sour cream and hot sauce.

Notes

You can slice into wedges and enjoy it with a dollop of sour cream and a drizzle of hot sauce. To store leftovers, let them cool and keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
