  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill Adjust according to personal preference.
  • 1/2 English Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

  • Boil your chicken breasts until fully cooked.
  • Let them cool, break them into pieces, and then place the pieces in a food processor.
  • Pulse for several minutes until it’s chopped, but be careful not to mince it too finely.
  • Empty the chicken into a large mixing bowl.
  • Chop your dill and cucumber and add them to the bowl.
  • Mix well.

Serving

  • Serve on a bed of mixed greens, in a wrap, or as a sandwich filling.
  • Pair with crunchy veggies or chips for added texture.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, consider freezing, but the texture may change. Best served cold.
