Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Mousse

  • 1 tub premade cheesecake filling (or vanilla pudding + cream cheese)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)

Cookie Dough Base

  • 1 pack edible cookie dough (or baked & cooled)

Toppings

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • (Optional) Sprinkles, caramel, or cookie crumbs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the premade cheesecake filling with whipped cream and beat until airy.
  • In a glass dish or jars, crumble baked cookie dough as the base.
  • Spoon half of the cheesecake mousse over the dough, sprinkle mini chocolate chips, then repeat layers.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Crush extra cookie dough on top before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled and top with extra cookie dough, chocolate chips, or whipped cream. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
