Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle.
- Place the string cheese sticks around the outer edge of the dough.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese sticks, pinching to seal the crust.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic oil mixture generously over the crust.
- Spread marinara sauce in the center, leaving the stuffed crust untouched.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles invitingly.
- Once out of the oven, top with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
