  • 2 Oranges, peeled and segmented Can substitute with grapefruit.
  • 2 Apples, cored and diced Can substitute with pears.

For Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped Can substitute with basil for a unique twist.

For Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime or lemon juice Prevents browning and adds flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup Use if fruit isn't sweet enough.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  • Hull the strawberries and chop them into quarters.
  • Dice the kiwi, peel the pineapple, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Peel and segment the oranges, trying to remove as much pith as possible.
  • Core and chop the apples into cubes.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit together.
  • Gently toss to combine without mashing the softer fruits.

Dressing

  • Drizzle with fresh lime or lemon juice.
  • Add honey or agave syrup if desired to adjust sweetness.

Garnishing

  • Finish with a sprinkle of fresh mint or basil for added freshness.

Chilling

  • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
