Coating

  • 1 cup shredded coconut For rolling the snowballs.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened shredded coconut, condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a sticky, cohesive dough.

Shaping

  • With damp hands, scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used.

Coating in Coconut

  • Roll each ball in additional shredded coconut for extra coconut flavor.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the snowballs for at least 1 hour to help them set and hold their shape.

Serving

  • Once set, serve the Coconut Snowballs. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
