Ingredients
  

For the peach filling

  • 4 cups Fresh peaches Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar For tossing with peaches
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon For tossing with peaches

For the batter

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Peel and slice the fresh peaches and toss them with sugar and cinnamon.

Batter Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
  • Melt butter in a baking dish, then pour the batter over the butter without stirring.

Assembly and Baking

  • Spoon the peach mixture over the batter.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
