Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set this mixture aside.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Coating and Baking
- Dip each quarter into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until it’s evenly covered.
- Place the coated biscuit pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, making sure to leave some space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
- Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Optionally, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze or simply dust with powdered sugar for a delightful finishing touch.
Notes
Store leftover bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Freeze in an airtight bag for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
