Ingredients
  

Dough and Coating
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (around 8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Use high-quality for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Optional Toppings
  • to taste powdered sugar or glaze For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Coating and Baking
  1. Dip each quarter into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until it’s evenly covered.
  2. Place the coated biscuit pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, making sure to leave some space between them.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
  4. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Optionally, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze or simply dust with powdered sugar for a delightful finishing touch.

Notes

Store leftover bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Freeze in an airtight bag for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
