- In a bowl, mix the crushed sugar cookies with melted butter until well combined.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a rectangular dish to form a compact crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully integrated.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the sugar cookie crust.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the filling is firm.
- Just before serving, add colorful sprinkles on top, then cut into bars.
Notes
These bars can be served with a drizzle of chocolate or whipped cream. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days or frozen for up to three months. To enhance flavors, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the filling.
