Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the pretzel sticks in a single layer.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract to your melted chocolate and mix well.
- Drizzle the white chocolate over the pretzel sticks, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Quickly sprinkle the festive sprinkles over the melted chocolate before it sets.
- While the chocolate is still wet, place two candy eyes near the top of each pretzel stick.
- Pop a mini red candy on each pretzel as the nose, just below the eyes.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to speed up hardening.
- Once set, gently peel off the reindeer crack from the parchment and serve on a festive plate.
Notes
If desired, crushed candy canes can replace sprinkles for added peppermint flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
