- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the rice chex mix. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir to coat.
- Add the pretzels and stir to combine.
- Place the confectioners sugar in a large resealable bag. Add the coated cereal mixture and shake until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to cool. Once it’s cooled, mix in the M&Ms before serving.
