- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and softened butter until well blended.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes or until they are firm.
- For an optional chocolate coating, melt your favorite chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate and return them to the fridge to set firm.
