  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened Coconut oil can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 cups powdered sugar Adjust if using natural peanut butter due to oiliness.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and softened butter until well blended.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes or until they are firm.
  5. For an optional chocolate coating, melt your favorite chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate and return them to the fridge to set firm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Add vanilla extract or sea salt for enhanced flavors. Using a cookie scoop can help achieve uniform sizes.
