Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the salted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg yolks and vanilla bean paste or extract until the batter turns pale and fluffy.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
- Gently fold in the M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and sprinkles.
- Portion the dough into 20 balls, spacing them about two inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
- Optionally, sprinkle extra mix-ins on each cookie dough ball.
Baking
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, adjusting for your desired chewy or crispy texture.
- Use a large circular cookie cutter to shape the cookies if desired.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
