- Prepare the Lime Jello as directed on the package. Once made, let it set in the refrigerator until firm.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and Strawberry Jello until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Once the Lime Jello has fully set, use a melon baller or a spoon to scoop out small balls.
- Dip each jello ball into the Strawberry mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Roll the coated balls in sweetened coconut until they are completely covered.
- Chill the Jello balls in the fridge for several hours, or until you’re ready to serve them.
