  1. Begin by cutting the watermelon in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh, creating a hollow boat shape.
  2. With a melon baller or knife, carve the scooped watermelon flesh into delightful shapes or small balls.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the fruit train: Skewer assorted fruits onto the toothpicks or skewers, then stick them into the watermelon to create whimsical train cars.
  2. For a festive touch, garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
