  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Can substitute with a sugar alternative.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and creamy peanut butter until perfectly combined.
  2. Gradually stir in the powdered sugar to achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Add in the Rice Krispies cereal, folding gently to ensure every piece is coated.
  4. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, form it into small balls and place them onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. For an indulgent finish, dip the chilled balls in melted chocolate and let them set again.

Notes

Store the Rice Krispie Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Freeze them for longer storage, layering between parchment paper. Customize with mini chocolate chips or festive sprinkles as desired.
