  • 275 g salted peanuts You can experiment with different nuts for unique clusters.

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl or jug using a microwave or a stovetop method.
  2. Once melted, stir in the salted peanuts until well coated.
  3. Line two trays with parchment paper.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment and press slightly to form clusters.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until fully hardened.
Serving
  1. Serve clusters on their own, or with vanilla ice cream, fruit salad, or coffee.
Storage
  1. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
  2. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before refrigeration for an extra flavor kick. Don’t rush the melting process; stir frequently to avoid burning.
