Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a large bowl or jug using a microwave or a stovetop method.
- Once melted, stir in the salted peanuts until well coated.
- Line two trays with parchment paper.
- Dollop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment and press slightly to form clusters.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until fully hardened.
Serving
- Serve clusters on their own, or with vanilla ice cream, fruit salad, or coffee.
Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
- For longer storage, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before refrigeration for an extra flavor kick. Don’t rush the melting process; stir frequently to avoid burning.
