Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a large bowl or jug using a microwave or over a pan of hot water.
- Stir in the salted peanuts thoroughly until well coated.
- Line two trays or plates with parchment paper.
- Dollop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the parchment and press down slightly to form clusters.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the clusters have fully hardened.
- Serve immediately or package them as gifts, keeping refrigerated.
Notes
For added flavor, top each cluster with a pinch of sea salt before they harden. Customizations include adding different nuts, dried fruits, or spices like cayenne pepper for a kick.
