  • 400 g 400g / 14oz milk or dark chocolate Use milk chocolate for sweeter clusters, dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • 275 g 275g / 2 cups salted peanuts Salted peanuts add flavor, but you can use unsalted if preferred.

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl or jug using a microwave or over a pan of hot water.
  2. Stir in the salted peanuts thoroughly until well coated.
  3. Line two trays or plates with parchment paper.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the parchment and press down slightly to form clusters.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the clusters have fully hardened.
  6. Serve immediately or package them as gifts, keeping refrigerated.

Notes

For added flavor, top each cluster with a pinch of sea salt before they harden. Customizations include adding different nuts, dried fruits, or spices like cayenne pepper for a kick.
