Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay half of the pretzels flat on the baking sheet.
- Add a generous dollop of peanut butter on each pretzel using a small spoon or piping bag.
- Top each peanut butter dollop with another pretzel to create a sandwich.
Chocolate Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coating, then place back onto the parchment paper.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle sea salt on top of each bite.
Cooling
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Store pretzel bites in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature, or freeze for up to three months.
