Ingredients
  

For the Pretzel Bites
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Can be substituted with almond butter or any favorite nut butter.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Can use milk or dark chocolate for different flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Used to help melt chocolate smoothly.
  • to taste pinch sea salt For sprinkling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay half of the pretzels flat on the baking sheet.
  3. Add a generous dollop of peanut butter on each pretzel using a small spoon or piping bag.
  4. Top each peanut butter dollop with another pretzel to create a sandwich.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coating, then place back onto the parchment paper.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle sea salt on top of each bite.
Cooling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store pretzel bites in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature, or freeze for up to three months.
