Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 24 oz Cream Cheese 3 packages
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Orange Zest
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 4 oz Chocolate melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare a springform pan with parchment or butter.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in orange zest, cocoa powder, flour, melted chocolate, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and orange juice.
  5. Wrap the pan in foil if using a water bath.
  6. Place the pan in a baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides.
  7. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
  2. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chocolate shavings and orange zest before slicing.

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature and do not overmix the batter. Allow cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating.
