- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, chocolate cake mix, and instant chocolate pudding, mixing well.
- Gradually add the whole milk, stirring until the batter is smooth and well blended.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top, but don’t mix them in.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set while remaining fudgy in the middle.
