  • 2 cups cookie dough Use store-bought for a quicker option.
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream Ensure it is slightly softened for easier spreading.
  • 1 cup crushed cookies Any type of crushed cookies can be used for the crust.
  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce Drizzle on top before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a springform pan, layer the crushed cookies to form a crust.
  • Press half of the cookie dough into the pan.
  • Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the cookie dough.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining cookie dough and ice cream.
  • Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

Serving

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce.
  • Take the cake out of the freezer a few minutes before slicing for easier cutting.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the cake into wedges.
  • Serve plain or with extra chocolate fudge sauce on top for added sweetness.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the freezer, well-wrapped. It can last for about 1-2 weeks.
