- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they are fragrant and the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- If using, add the oyster sauce and sesame oil, stirring everything together.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
For serving, pair with steamed rice or noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Freezes well for meal prep.
