  • 1 can 1 can (14 to 15 oz) chili, heated
  • 6 to 8 pieces Hot dogs
  • 1 package 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, lay out the hot dogs.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it, cutting it into strips to wrap around each hot dog.
  4. Once wrapped, place the dough-wrapped hot dogs in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the heated chili over the top of the hot dogs.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chili.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  3. Add any optional toppings as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
