  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced Ensure the slices are uniform in thickness.
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use more for a cheesier topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor if desired.

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
