- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice, and enjoy!

For added flavor, use fresh herbs and adjust seasoning according to preference. Store in an airtight container and reheat on low.
