Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Cooking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve with creamy mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Can also be paired with marinara sauce or barbecue sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
