  • 1 large Egg To bind the mixture.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped herbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  • Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres, ensuring they are not too large for even cooking.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden on the outside.
  • Optionally, brown them in a skillet first for enhanced flavor before baking.

Serving

  • Serve with a sauce of your choice like marinara or cream sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese.

Notes

Always taste the mixture before forming the meatballs. Let them rest for 10-15 minutes to firm up before cooking.
