  • 3 tablespoons flour

Pasta

Bacon

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  • In the same skillet, add flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in milk (or cream) until smooth, then add the onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Mixing

  • Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon, stirring to coat everything.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

This dish pairs well with a light salad or steamed vegetables. For added comfort, serve with garlic bread or a refreshing cucumber salad. To store, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream.
