For the burrito filling

  • 2 medium Chicken Breast, sliced into strips The main protein, providing lean, savory meat.
  • 1 ripe Avocado, sliced Adds creamy, buttery texture.
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing Adds tangy, creamy flavor.
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Soft, chewy wraps for the burrito.
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded Adds freshness and crunch.
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced Adds juicy, slightly tart bite.
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese Rich, melty cheese to complete the burrito.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking the chicken.

Preparation

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Add the chicken strips to the heated pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned.
  • Lay your tortilla flat and layer with shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, tomato, avocado slices, and shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure.
  • Optionally, grill the wrapped burrito for 1-2 minutes on each side to add a crispy texture.
  • Slice in half and serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping!

Notes

Serve with a side of tortilla chips and salsa, or a fresh salad with a light vinaigrette. For an extra kick, consider adding jalapeƱos or hot sauce on the side.
