Ingredients
  

For the Meatloaf

  • 1 lb Ground chicken Lean protein option
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs For binding
  • 1 Egg For binding
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For flavor
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on top

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the meatloaf.

Cooking

  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added moisture, mix in some finely chopped vegetables. Don't skip the resting time for best results. Variations may include adding jalapeños for spice or substituting chicken with lentils for a vegetarian option.
