- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized meatballs or compact loaf shapes.
- Place the meatloaf bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they’re cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer then transfer to a freezer bag for up to three months.
