  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, shredded cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together until it forms a cohesive mixture.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, making sure to tuck a bit of cheese in the center of each.
  5. Arrange the meatloaf bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked and lightly browned.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side, if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the meatloaf bites cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. They will last in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you want to freeze them, place the baked bites in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring them to a freezer bag. Use within three months for the best flavor and texture.
