  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard, then brush it over the tops of the meatloaf bites.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, or dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months. Consider adding cheese in the center of each meatball for added flavor.
