  • 1 pound ground beef Choose lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup For dipping sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon mustard For dipping sauce.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  2. While baking, mix ketchup and mustard together in a small bowl.
Serving
  1. Serve the meatloaf bites hot with the ketchup-mustard sauce on the side.
