Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
- While baking, mix ketchup and mustard together in a small bowl.
Serving
- Serve the meatloaf bites hot with the ketchup-mustard sauce on the side.
Notes
Serve with a fresh garden salad or crispy roasted vegetables. For a fun dipping experience, set out an array of sauces, such as barbecue or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
