Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over every tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauced tortillas.
- Distribute the pepperoni slices across the cheese layer.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, making sure the filling stays inside.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a minute before slicing into bite-sized pieces and serve!
Notes
To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for up to two months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
