Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Breading and Binding

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh parsley Optional for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella and parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Forming Bites

  • Form the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  • Dip each bite into the egg mixture, then roll it in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Baking

  • Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a fresh salad. For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
