Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough (16 oz)
  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and spread the filling mix evenly over it.
  • Roll it tightly and seal the edges to keep the filling inside.

Baking

  • Bake the rolled-up dough on the prepared sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the filling with your favorites such as mushrooms, olives, or spinach. Ensure the dough is well-sealed to prevent spilling. Allow cooling before slicing for easier cutting. For variations, try different cheeses or make a vegetarian version.
