- On a baking sheet, create a generous layer of tortilla chips.

- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and blue cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Once out of the oven, finish with green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and a drizzle of ranch dressing and sour cream.

Notes
Feel free to swap blue cheese for another cheese if preferred. For longer storage, freeze leftovers but note that texture may change upon reheating. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery cheese.
