Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Base and Toppings
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing thoroughly until every piece is coated.
  3. On a baking sheet, create a generous layer of tortilla chips.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and blue cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, finish with green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and a drizzle of ranch dressing and sour cream.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap blue cheese for another cheese if preferred. For longer storage, freeze leftovers but note that texture may change upon reheating. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery cheese.
