  • 1 box small pasta shells Cook according to package directions.
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese Cut into cubes.
  • 1 handful sharp cheddar cheese Sprinkle on top before serving.
  • 2 packs taco seasoning Use according to package instructions.
  • 1 can original Rotel Can use spicy salsa for an extra kick.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  • Cook the pasta shells according to the package directions until al dente; drain.
  • In the pot with the meat, add Rotel and stir to combine.
  • Add in the cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to the mixture, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese on top, and allow to melt slightly before serving.
