Cooking the Beef

- Add taco seasoning and Rotel to the beef, stir to combine.

- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the beef mixture.
Combining Ingredients
- Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and add it along with the sharp cheddar.
- Stir until cheeses are melted and everything is well combined.

- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
