Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon, minced garlic, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread this mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough into a log and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the pieces in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a wreath shape.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the wreath and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
