Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken over the Alfredo sauce, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped parsley over the cheese.
- Roll up the dough lengthwise like a jellyroll, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Tie each slice into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the knots, making sure to coat each one well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining parsley over the top.

Notes
Store any leftover knots in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
