  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the strawberries.
  • Cut off the tops of the strawberries and hollow them out slightly using a small spoon.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed-out strawberry.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served cold. Consider drizzling chocolate sauce for an extra touch. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
