  • 24 pieces chocolate chip cookie dough Premade cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup premade cheesecake filling For the filling
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Can use a mix of mini and regular chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Take the 24-pack of premade chocolate chip cookie dough and break each piece in half.
  • Flatten each piece slightly and place a teaspoon of premade cheesecake filling in the center.
  • Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top of the cheesecake filling.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, roll it into a ball, and press gently to seal.
  • Place the cookies on a parchment-lined tray.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  • Let the cookies sit for 5 minutes to firm up before enjoying.

Notes
