Cookie Ingredients

  • 24 pieces 24-pack cookie dough Premade chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup premade cheesecake filling You can use homemade cheesecake filling for a creamier texture
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Optional to mix in regular chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Take a 24-pack of premade chocolate chip cookie dough, break each piece in half, and flatten them slightly.
  • Place a 1 teaspoon scoop of premade cheesecake filling in the center of each flattened dough piece.
  • Sprinkle on 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips and optionally mix in regular chocolate chips.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, roll it into a ball, and gently press to seal everything inside.
  • Place the cookie balls on a parchment-lined tray.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
  • Let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes to allow the cheesecake filling to firm up slightly.

Notes

These cookies are best served warm. Pair with milk or vanilla ice cream for a special treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
