Ingredients
  

For the cake

  • 1 package cookie dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 package cream cheese Softened for mixing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Adds creaminess
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For whipping and serving
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional topping
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs For crust

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Spread half the cookie dough across the bottom of the greased pan.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough.
  • Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top of the cheesecake layer.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the cheesecake is set. Cool slightly before serving.

Serving

  • Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and serve atop the warm pull-apart cake.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freeze if necessary. Use store-bought ingredients to simplify preparation.
