- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat and stir in the remaining butter until melted.
- Toss the cooked tortellini with the shrimp and sauce.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Pair with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen but may change texture.
