For the apple mixture
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced A mix of sweet and tart apples is recommended for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Feel free to add a pinch of ginger for extra warmth.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
For serving
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling on top.
  • to taste Graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels Any of these can be used for dipping.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in sour cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Apple Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, toss diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg until evenly coated.
  2. Gently fold the apple mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Serving
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
  2. Serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes

This dip is best served immediately. It can be kept in the fridge for up to three days, but the apples may brown. For a fun twist, add melted chocolate or crushed toffee bits on top.
