Preparation
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in 3/4 cup of the crushed candy canes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in foil.
