  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips For premium flavor, use high-quality chocolate.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes Divide into two portions: 3/4 cup for mixing and 1/4 cup for topping.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of the crushed candy canes.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in foil.
